You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for any content or messages sent through your LinkedIn account using our automation features.

The Service is designed to enhance your LinkedIn networking capabilities through automation, but it must be used responsibly and ethically. Our Service does not guarantee specific results, such as acceptance rates for connection requests or response rates for messages.

You acknowledge that LinkedIn's platform policies may change, and features of our Service may be affected by such changes. We strive to maintain compliance with LinkedIn's policies, but we cannot guarantee that all features will remain operational indefinitely.

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any form of unsolicited contact
• Regularly monitor your LinkedIn account activity and ensure compliance with LinkedIn's terms
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LinkedIn credentials and restricting access to your account. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You agree to:

• Keep your password and login information secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your LinkedIn account for additional security.

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.

We may perform scheduled maintenance during which the Service may be unavailable. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of any scheduled maintenance, but we cannot guarantee such notice in all circumstances.

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, especially in case of violations of these Terms or abuse of the Service.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Abuse of the Service or use in a manner that could harm LinkedIn users
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Providing false or misleading information
• Any activity that poses a security risk to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Use of this tool is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn on your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Actions taken by LinkedIn regarding your account, including account suspension or termination

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes by:

• Sending an email to the address associated with your account
• Posting a notice on our website
• Displaying a notification within the Service

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes and waive any objection to such jurisdiction.
